Dudek - Dudek is a California-based environmental and engineering consulting firm that helps clients plan, design, permit, construct, and manage private and public projects that improve communities' infrastructure and natural environments. Sequoia teams with Dudek to provide support in the field on projects throughout the Bay Area.
Restoration Resources/HRS Dudek - Habitat Restoration Sciences Inc. (HRS) is a general engineering native habitat restoration landscape firm with a focus on California. HRS provides comprehensive habitat restoration services ranging from design, grading and irrigation to plant installation and long-term maintenance. Sequoia is currently teaming with HRS and Restoration Resources on several on-call contracts for the Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency to assist in their HCP implementation and planning.
Wildlife Science Consulting - Wildlife Science Consulting offers special status species surveys and research. They hold special handling permits (10(A)1(a)) for the following species: California red-legged frog, California tiger salamander, and Alameda whipsnake (striped racer).
Neal Kramer, M.S. - Mr. Kramer is a consulting botanist with a bachelor’s degree in Botany from the University of California Berkeley, and a master’s degree in Forest Ecology from the University of Idaho, where he studied plant succession and the role of buried seed banks in the Rocky Mountains. He holds certifications as an arborist and in wetland delineation. He has conducted hundreds of focused and rare plant surveys throughout the state of California.
Tom Mahony, Principal, Coast Range Biological, LLC – Mr. Mahony received his M.S. degree in Natural Resources with a thesis focus in Plant Ecology from Humboldt State University in 1999. He has spent 20 years working with California vegetation and habitats, specializing in biotic assessments, wetland delineations, special-status plant surveys, vegetation classification/mapping, mitigation planning, and ecological restoration. He is a Certified Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS #2567) and holds a Plant Voucher Collecting Permit (No. 2081(a)-15-056-V) from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
David Wyatt, M.S. – Mr. Wyatt is a wildlife biologist based in Sacramento, California and is a professor of biology at Sacramento City College in the Field Ecology program. He has conducted research with bats since 1996 in California, Arizona, Baja California, Costa Rica, and Belize. David has supported Sequoia conducting focused bat surveys for clients such as PG&E, Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District, and mining reclamation projects.
Entomological Consulting Services, Ltd. – Entomological Consulting Services, Ltd. (ECS) is a Northern California-based consulting firm that specializes in rare and endangered species of insects and invertebrates, in particular those that occur in the western United States. Sequoia has worked with ECS on various mining reclamation projects as well as many PG&E projects over the past 15 years.
Cardno – Cardno is a professional infrastructure and environmental services company with expertise in the development and improvement of physical and social infrastructure for communities around the world. Sequoia often teams with Cardno on PG&E projects throughout the state, as well as mining reclamation projects.
Geosolve, Inc. – Geosolve Inc. is a professional environmental, geological, and hydrogeological consulting firm specializing in Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, geohazard assessments, hydrogeological assessments, Brownfield Redevelopment projects, and expert witness services.
