Transportation & Infrastructure
Sequoia has significant experience supporting the planning, development, construction of transportation projects throughout California, including numerous projects subject to Caltrans Environmental Review Processes. We provide permitting support, environmental documentation and review, special-status species surveys, and construction monitoring for highway and roadway repairs and improvements, bridge replacements, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, utility upgrades, and other infrastructure-related efforts. Sequoia regularly supports mitigation efforts for these projects, including restoration and revegetation planning, implementation, and monitoring.
We have a deep understanding of the challenges associated with these projects, and our staff are very familiar with the Caltrans’ Local Assistance process. We have applied this experience to over 50 transportation projects for state and local agencies throughout California.
