California State Parks replaced a concrete spillway and installed an inline water level control structure along the edge of Ledson Marsh
within known California red-legged frog aquatic breeding habitat.
Sequoia performed biological monitoring and pre-construction surveys for listed species, enforced biological and environmental permit compliance, and provided daily monitoring reports. Sequoia biologists rescued over 30 California red-legged frogs and completed the project without any take.
